OLPO
Olpo is a refined sunflower oil. produced from the best sunflower seeds, which have been carefully selected and peeled to extract only the “heart” of the sunflower.
Olpo oil is ideal for frying, salads, mayonnaise, cakes.
The recommended frying temperature is 180 °C. On the off chance that smoke leaves the oil during frying, it means that the oil is too hot, and temperature must be lowered. Remember to carefully place in the hot oil the foods to be fried.
It is available in 1L, 2L and 5L PET bottles.
Storage conditions:
Store in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight and frost, at temperatures between 15-25°C.
Shelf life:
12 months from the date of manufacture
